"Bracciate Aperte" (Open Strokes) is an initiative where athletes with and without disabilities swim together to promote solidarity, collaboration, and active participation: a project showing how sport can unite, generate value, and transform the entire community.
An inclusive relay for solidarity

The event is based on teams of 5 to 7 swimmers, each including at least one athlete with a disability, highlighting the importance of collaboration and mutual support in every stroke.

The symbolic 20-minute relay sends a powerful message of inclusion: it proves that in sport there are no barriers, only opportunities to grow together.

"Bracciate Aperte" is more than just a sporting event; it resonates with universal values. It celebrates the commitment of a community that believes in the power of sport to bridge divides, overcome prejudice, and build relationships based on trust and respect.

The presence of athletes with disabilities in the relays serves as concrete proof that inclusion is not just a principle, but a driver of solidarity. Through their participation, funds are raised for collective utility initiatives and community projects.
