Immersed almost entirely in the forest, the RAIFFEISEN Generoso Trail is a fascinating uphill race that will take you from the city of Mendrisio to the summit of Monte Generoso, at an altitude of 1704 meters.
To reach the finish line, you will have to tackle a 12 km course with a positive elevation gain of 1437 meters! A vertical challenge that will give you intense emotions.
After a first part on asphalt in Mendrisio, for the remaining three quarters of the route, you will run in contact with nature, and once you reach the summit, you will be greeted by a spectacular 360-degree panorama of the Alps, the perpetually snow-capped Apennines, the lakes, and the Po Valley.
For those who enjoy walks, it is possible to register for the non-competitive PANORAMIC WALK for those who do not run but want to test themselves in a unique setting.
